EXPLICIT CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(According to the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) 15/1999 of December 13 and Regulation
Subsequently, Royal Decree 1720/2007 and New European Regulation 25 May 2018).
The signatory declares that he has voluntarily provided his personal data for the purpose of providing the information
necessary for the provision of the required service and authorizes its processing, computerized or not, for the required purpose
as well as for the administrative management of the company and expresses its explicit consent.
1. These data will be included in automated files for the purpose of reporting on campaigns organized by
our association and will be treated in a completely confidential manner.
2. The interested party has the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition,
in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation. Currently: Organic Law on the Protection of
Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD) 15/1999 of December 13 and the instruction of the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Personal Data
of data of 19.1.1998, number 1/1998, on the exercise of these rights in automated files. This
establishment has a standard code as provided for in article 32 of the LOPD available to interested parties, and
contains forms for the exercise of these rights.
3. The data controller is ACTIVE AFRICA, with CIF G-63.520.928 and registered office in Barcelona,
Balmes Street 266, ground floor, 08006.
4. This document authorizes the Data Controller to transfer personal data to third parties responsible for managing the association in order to comply with current laws.
