WINNERS OF THE JAVIER PANCORBO AWARD IN THE INTERNATIONAL CATEGORY! Thank you, EY

On Wednesday, 12 November, EY Spain held its 18th edition of the Javier Pancorbo Awards, and Active Africa was the winner in the international category.
The project we presented was ‘One garden, one family, one future,’ which focuses on training farmers in Malawi to work the land sustainably and efficiently, to earn a living and feed their families.
Now, thanks to EY and this award, we will introduce basic economic concepts so that they can start small businesses. Thank you very much again!
PROJECT WITH THE BARÇA FOUNDATION

Thanks to the Barça Foundation, Active Africa and our partner Mawa NGO are launching a new project in Malawi. The aim is to improve education, raise awareness of human rights through sport, and provide training on sexual and reproductive health to teenagers in local schools.
PHOTO EXHIBITION ABOUT WOMEN'S WORK IN MALAWI

On 8 December, we will open the photographic exhibition ‘Teixint futur: el treball de les dones a Malawi’ (Weaving the future: women's work in Malawi) at TeMePé in Palafrugell, which will be open to visitors until the 21st. With this initiative, we want to raise awareness of the reality of women's lives in Malawi.
This is a travelling exhibition and has already been shown twice in Terrassa and once in Sant Cugat during 2025
